Thai Chicken Curry Soup is a thai-inspired red chicken curry soup that is perfect comfort food. Fresh vegetables, tender chicken, creamy coconut milk and red curry paste all come together to form a mild and fragrant Asian meal.

Serving suggestions: We love to add fresh coriander and a squeeze of fresh lime into Thai Chicken Curry Soup. 

 

Ingredients: Homemade chicken broth, coconut milk (fresh coconut milk, Xanthan gum, Guar gum), free-range chicken, rice noodles (rice flour, water), onion, red pepper, red curry paste (dried red chilli, lemongrass, garlic, shallot, salt, kaffir lime peel, coriander seeds, cumin, galangal), coconut oil, ginger, garlic, lemongrass paste (lemongrass, water, salt, citric acid, acetic acid), fish sauce (water, anchovy fish, salt), lime, roasted chilli paste (shallot, sugar, soybean oil, garlic, dried chilli, Tamarind, fish sauce, dried shrimp, salt, citric acid) coriander, spring onion, chilli, salt, pepper.
