Varieties & Flavour Profiles

Our selection of microgreens brings a diverse range of flavours and textures to the table. Below, you’ll find our microgreen varieties and the flavour notes they add to your culinary creations:

Radish Microgreens – Peppery, spicy and crunchy.

These microgreens add a zesty kick, perfect for brightening up salads, stir-fry's, and even sushi.

Pea Shoots – Sweet and crisp with a tender bite. 

Pea shoots bring a fresh, spring-like flavour that complements meaty dishes, seafood, stir-fry's and salads.

Sunflower Shoots – Nutty with a spicy aftertaste. 

These hearty shoots bring a satisfying crunch to any dish, from grain bowls to wraps and make a great microgreen pesto.

Broccoli Microgreens – Mild, earthy and nutty.

These microgreens are slightly sweet and pack a nutritional punch—great for garnishes, salads, chicken dishes and seafood.

Mustard Microgreens – With a sharp, horseradish-like spice, mustard microgreens are a powerful addition that can add heat to steaks, burgers and breakfast dishes.

Coriander Microgreens – Fresh and citrusy.

Red Amaranth – Sweet and earthy flavour.
