Lekker Boontjie Soup will hug you from the inside and is ideal for those cold Cape winter days. Plant-based foodies will fall in love with this nutrient-dense meal and the vegetable are coming from local farms and are organic wherever possible.

Serving suggestions: We love to add some fresh garden herbs and dunk a slice of rye bread into Lekker Boontjie Soup. 

 

Ingredients: Homemade vegetable broth, Italian tomato (tomatoes, tomato juice, citric acid), green bean, carrot, celery, red onion, red speckled bean, kale, garlic, parsley, tomato paste (tomato paste, water, citric acid, ascorbic acid), coconut oil, pepper, salt.

 

Allergens: Coconut.
