Beef Noodle Ramen has its essence in our rich beef broth with aromas of star anise and cinnamon. The thinly sliced free-range rump fillet combined with chewy rice noodles, fresh sprouts and herbs are just a delicious wingman to the broth.

Serving suggestions: We love to add fresh spring onions and sliced almonds to Beef Noodle Ramen.
Ingredients: Homemade beef stock, free-range rump steak, rice noodle (rice flour, water), red onion, bean sprouts, coriander leaves, mint leaves, garlic, tamari soy sauce (soybeans, water, salt, alcohol), fish sauce (water, anchovy fish, salt), salt, pepper.
